If you pray, or send positive vibes, or like to think happy thoughts for others, or whatever good thing you do, please consider our artist Oliver as he heads into surgery this week. I won't disclose any more about his condition, but I'm thankful he's going to be fine. Still, every surgery is a little concerning and there's always risk, so please lift him up. I just found out about this tonight while writing this update.
Oli had been working on completely re-working this original Teen Force 5book after Kevin ghosted me and took my money, and he's been the main cover artist for all three issues of Spider-Squirrelvolume one (issues 1-3). But, he's more than an artist -- he's a friend. Shower him with love, please.

Better Late Than Never...?
I've been holding onto this update for a couple days just because I needed to wrap up some personal stuff. But, I wanted to get this out there!!!
As of Friday, this campaign is 100% fulfilled for Backers who have complete their surveys! Now, I do have a few pizza boxes that are going out to some Backers who ordered multiple. These are shipping separately and flat-packed for protection/safety. If you ordered multiple and only receive one, that's why!
Yup! We are finally moving forward with the second issue’s campaign! The SS Vol.1 TPB took longer than expected, which is fine as it was my first TPB project — and, like I said above, I learned a LOT — but, it’s time to dive back into this series which I’m so very excited to produce. What we’re doing here with GQ:MS will carry into another series that has already been blessed by the inimitable Mark Waid. Once GQ:MS ends, we’ll launch Irreconcilable (a 4-issue miniseries).
Yet another project launching in June is our FIRST-EVER titan-sized special! This 80-page special will be the first Xion Universe anthology produced and introduces you to the greater expanse of our potential books!
Xion Studios is back with another joint for your entertainment!! This time we're bringing you our first TITAN-SIZED SPECIAL featuring over 80 pages of storytelling fun from across the Xion Universe. With Stretch Goals planned, this book will be over 100 pages in its final configuration! This Isn't Just a Comic! This is an anthological walk through multiple parts of the Xion Universe -- some for the very first time ever!
You'll meet characters from Canada with tales featuring Les Supérieurs, dive into the mystical with Kodiak, take a "break" from the action with WatchGuard heroes Intrepid and Access, visit Japan with super-powered twins Crimson & Clover and meet a member of the 7Ronin, take off on an interstellar adventure with Spider-Squirrel and the enigmatic Damocles, visit another indiecomics universe with Trash Panda & [REDACTED], and more...! PLUS: the legendary Dean Haspiel has created a BRAND-NEW character of his own for entry into the Xion Universe that is making its debut RIGHT HERE for the first time!!!
Each short story is between 6 and 8 pages long, just enough to whet your whistle, and is a complete, standalone story but with hooks and teasers for more to come. Which new character(s) will be amongst your favorite(s)? BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!! This special will also feature a brand-new, 24 page Spider-Squirrel & Trash Pandaadventure as the lead-off story!
